The clubhouse and resort amenities are approximately a 3 to 4-minute walk from the villa. Please inquire at the Sosúa Ocean Village Reception or Splash Park for current access fees.

The villa is conveniently located just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, hospitals, and all the attractions of Sosúa and Cabarete, while still offering a peaceful and secure luxury environment.

House Rules (Please Read Before Booking)

✔ Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (including children and infants), in accordance with Sosúa municipal regulations.
✔ The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property throughout the reservation.
✔ Check-out time: 11:00 AM (late check-out may incur additional charges).
✔ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, strictly enforced by the community.
✔ Maximum of two vehicles may be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
✔ No parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette groups are allowed.
✔ Escort services and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
✔ Any violation of occupancy limits, quiet hours, or community rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional charges for damages or fines.

For security reasons, Sosúa Ocean Village requires the full names of every guest before arrival. Only registered guests will be granted access to the community and the villa.
