Welcome to our tropical oasis! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following guidelines:

🏗️ Construction Notice
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that the villa is located within the new Laguna City development where construction takes place on nearby lots between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests may smoke on the outdoor terrace using the ashtrays provided.

🤫 Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

🏊 Pool Safety
For everyone's safety, glass bottles and glassware are not permitted around the swimming pool. Please use the provided plastic drinkware. There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at your own risk.

👮 Community Regulations
All guests must comply with Sosúa Ocean Village security procedures. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been granted.

⚡ Energy Conservation
Please help us reduce energy consumption by turning off all air conditioning units whenever leaving the bedrooms or the villa for extended periods.
